چکیده
Aim. To determine the difference in immune responses of harderian gland clinically healthy chickens and ones with infectious bronchitis based on content, localization morphometric estimation surface markers ?- ?-lymphocytes to differentiation index as an indicator assessing body defenses. Methods. Histological, immunohistochemical, optical, statistical. Results. The histological study determined swelling proliferation connective tissue well infiltration secretory lobules by lymphoid cells. It was found that immunity bronchitis, which plays a relevant role, depends considerably immunocompetent There reliable 1.77- 1.36-fold decrease this for 40- 90-day-old chickens, respectively, case nephroso-nephritic form demonstrated weaker function defense cells organ. According cytomorphometric analysis, number cells, expressing CD4+, CD8+, CD20+, CD45RA+ sick 20-, 40-, respiratory forms reliably (P < 0.05) increasing compared chickens. For instance, mature increased 20-day-old – 2.44 times, 40-day-old 1.88 2.62 times Conclusions. data were obtained about changes quantitative qualitative composition lymphocytes bronchitis. Our results will supplement current knowledge feasibility immunohistochemical methods diagnostics avian

Coronavirus avian infectious bronchitis virus.
Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), the coronavirus of the chicken (Gallus gallus), is one of the foremost causes of economic loss within the poultry industry, affecting the performance of both meat-type and egg-laying birds. The virus replicates not only in the epithelium of upper and lower respiratory tract tissues, but also in many tissues along the alimentary tract and elsewhere e.g. kidney,...
متن کاملThe early immune response to infection of chickens with Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) in susceptible and resistant birds
BACKGROUND Infectious Bronchitis is a highly contagious respiratory disease which causes tracheal lesions and also affects the reproductive tract and is responsible for large economic losses to the poultry industry every year. This is due to both mortality (either directly provoked by IBV itself or due to subsequent bacterial infection) and lost egg production. The virus is difficult to control...
متن کاملSynbiotic enhances immune responses against infectious bronchitis, infectious bursal disease, Newcastle disease and avian influenza in broiler chickens
Increased susceptibility of birds to avian pathogens in intensive husbandry system has emphasized on necessity of improvement of innate and specific immune responses of birds by the fast establishment of a beneficial microflora and immune stimulator factors to guarantee healthy and low-price products. During this study, 192 one-day-old broiler chicks (Ross-380) in four groups with three replica...
